Role & responsibilities Job Description: International Oncology Marketing - Senior Executive Experience: 3 -6 Years Department: Marketing Role Summary The International Oncology Marketing - Senior Executive will support brand strategy, product management, scientific communication, and medico-marketing initiatives for the Oncology portfolio. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and KOLs to ensure evidence-based and compliant brand promotion. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product & Brand Management • Support and execute Product Management activities across the oncology product lifecycle. • Contribute to Annual Brand Plan (ABP/Band Plan) development including market assessment, competitive mapping, brand strategy, and tactical execution. • Assist in Brand Management through positioning, messaging, clinical differentiation, and campaign rollout. • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to develop brand promotional materials and scientific tools. • Track brand performance through sales analysis, feedback, and competitor insights. 2. Scientific & Medical Content Development • Prepare scientific materials: slide decks, product monographs, training modules, brochures, detailers, and FAQs. • Review, validate, and ensure medical accuracy and regulatory compliance of marketing content. • Support brand strategy with strong clinical and scientific inputs for oncology therapies. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to support brand activities and product initiatives. • Conduct scientific training for sales teams on oncology products, therapy updates, and clinical evidence. • Coordinate with external agencies for content development, digital assets, and event support. 4. KOL Engagement & Scientific Activities • Assist in planning and execution of CMEs, advisory boards, webinars, and scientific events. • Engage with oncologists and key opinion leaders for feedback, scientific discussions, and brand advocacy. • Support medical queries from field teams and ensure proper documentation. 5. Market Research & Insights • Track recent oncology clinical data, treatment guidelines, competitors, and therapeutic trends. • Provide insights to support brand positioning and strategic decisions. • Identify gaps in the market and opportunities for new initiatives. 6. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure all medico-marketing and promotional materials comply with regulatory, ethical, and internal standards. • Maintain documentation for scientific references, approvals, brand plans, and product updates. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong scientific understanding of oncology therapy areas. • Knowledge of product management, brand planning, and medico-marketing processes. • Excellent communication, scientific writing, and presentation skills. • Ability to interpret clinical studies and scientific publications. • Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel). • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
