International Payroll Process Improvement Specialist

We are hiring for TOP MNC for International Payroll Process Improvement-Black Belt Certified(HRO). Exposure in- International Payroll Process Improvement with black belt certified, Transition Management, Stakeholder, IT Automation. Please Note- Must have Six Sigma Black Belt Certified. Location - Bangalore Experience - 10 - 15 Years Salary- Max 25LPA Notice Period - Immediate - 60 Days max. Shift - US Night shift. Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days. Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate (Regular Based) Skills Required Key Responsibilities: • Process Improvement: o Lead Six Sigma projects aimed at streamlining payroll processes, reducing cycle times, and minimizing errors. o Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in payroll operations. o Develop and implement process documentation, SOPs, and training programs for payroll procedures. • Data Analysis and Reporting: o Collect and analyze payroll data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement. o Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. o Report findings and progress to senior management, recommending actionable improvements. • Automation and Technology Integration: o Collaborate with IT and payroll teams to integrate automation tools and technologies that enhance payroll processing. o Evaluate and implement software solutions to improve data accuracy and reduce manual workload. • Compliance and Risk Management: o Ensure payroll processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, including tax laws and labor standards. o Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues. • Training and Mentorship: o Provide training and mentorship to payroll team members on Six Sigma tools and techniques. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the payroll department. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or equivalent certification. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement with a focus on payroll operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel). • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and regulations. Preferred Skills: • Experience in payroll or HR-related industries. • Project management experience. • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
