The consultant will stay updated on market trends and product offerings while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify and close business opportunities • Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients • Ability to stay updated on market trends and in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills • High level of organizational ability and attention to detail • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is an advantage • Relevant work experience in sales or insurance is preferred • Understanding of the insurance and fintech industry is a plus • Graduate degree in a relevant field is required, MBA is an added advantage
