International Sales Manager

Job Location: Valsad, Gujarat/ Mumbai Required Experience: 2 to 8 Years Job Responsibilities: • Handle international sales and export business for Aromatics products, with Para Cresol (p-Cresol) as a key product. • Manage global sales and marketing of Manganese Sulphate. • Develop and maintain international customer relationships across overseas markets. • Identify new export opportunities and expand the global customer base. • Prepare and manage export documentation, including LC, DP/DA, invoicing, and shipping coordination. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with international clients. • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution. • Monitor international market trends, competition, and customer requirements. • Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: • Must have experience in International Sales / Export Sales. • Experience in Aromatics, Specialty Chemicals, or Industrial Chemicals preferred. • Product exposure to Para Cresol (p-Cresol) and/or Manganese Sulphate is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Qualification Chemical Engineer or any science graduation + Masters
