International Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Manager based in Chennai. The responsibilities include developing and executing international sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with key clients and distributors worldwide, and managing sales operations to meet and exceed targets. The role also involves market analysis to identify growth opportunities, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing regular sales reports. Additionally, the International Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, develop marketing plans, and establish new channels for revenue generation. Note: Candidates with Experience in ASEAN market and South Asia Region with relevant industry experience is Mandatory. Qualifications: • Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Management • Strong skills in Market Analysis and Forecasting for international markets • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills • Proficiency in Leadership and Team Management • Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and market segmentation • Ability to travel internationally as per business requirements • Relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare-related industries is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
