International Sales Trainer

Role Overview The International Sales Trainer will be responsible for training, mentoring, and improving the performance of our international sales team (US/UK markets). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales training, objection handling, closing techniques, and international client communication. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement structured training programs for international sales teams • Train sales executives on: • Cold calling & consultative selling • Handling objections & negotiation techniques • Closing high-ticket digital marketing deals • Accent neutralization & international communication standards • Conduct regular mock calls and live call audits • Monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates • Create scripts, sales playbooks, and training manuals • Identify skill gaps and implement corrective training modules • Work closely with management to align sales strategy with business goals Requirements • 3–7 years of experience in International Sales (US/UK/Canada markets preferred) • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in Digital Marketing / IT / Service industry • Strong understanding of lead generation, SEO, PPC, Website/App sales • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics • Experience in handling a team of 10+ sales executives is a plus What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding global company • Leadership exposure and decision-making role • Stable full-time opportunity
