Role Overview: The Investment Advisory Consultant will engage clients over calls to understand their real estate investment needs and provide customized property options. This inside sales role combines consultative selling and relationship management to ensure clients find the best investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage in outbound and inbound call interactions with prospective and existing clients. ● Understand client requirements, investment goals, preferences, and financial capacity. ● Recommend property investment options tailored to client needs and market trends. ● Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. ● Coordinate with internal teams for property availability, pricing, and promotions. ● Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems of client interactions and sales progress. ● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on client-centric selling. ● Stay updated on real estate market developments and competitive landscape. Qualifications: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate or financial advisory. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client servicing aptitude. ● Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets. ● Knowledge of real estate investment and market dynamics preferred. ● Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
