About the Role We're hiring an Investment Analyst – Private Markets (Unlisted/Pre-IPO/Secondary) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. Full-time, in-office. We’re specifically looking for someone with prior experience in front-end or mid-office roles within investment banking, bringing a strong understanding of deal flow, financial analysis, and transaction processes. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth company and industry research across listed and unlisted markets. • 2-4 years in PE, IB, family offices, unlisted platforms, or AIF/VC firms. You understand how private transactions work. • Financial modelling, valuation, unit economics, cap table math – you're comfortable with the building blocks. • Contribute to the development and scaling of the Unlisted Screener product, from concept to execution. • Sourcing deals, building relationships with intermediaries, getting us into rounds at the right price – this matters as much as the analysis. • You've done scuttlebutt – channel checks, competitor calls, ex-employee conversations. You know that edge doesn't come from decks and data rooms alone. • Leverage technology and AI tools to improve research efficiency and organizational processes.
