Key Responsibilities • Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses (e.G., DCF, comparable transactions, precedent deals), and scenario assessments to support M&A, IPO, and capital raising transactions. • Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research, synthesizing data from multiple sources. • Monitor developments and key news relevant to Consumer, Retail and E-Commerce sectors. • Prepare pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for internal stakeholders. • Assist in due diligence, gathering and verifying critical data and documentation for transactions. • Prepare and present regular status reports, analyses, and updates to senior management. Required Qualifications • CA/MBA from Top-Tier College with 2-3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking role. • Proficiency in Excel (financial modelling), PowerPoint, and basic financial databases/platforms. • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task on tight deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting analysis and recommendations. Preferred Experience • Prior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, audit, or private equity. • Familiarity with valuation methodologies and transaction structuring.
