Role Overview: As a team member, you will assist senior bankers in executing equity capital markets transactions for corporate clients. Your responsibilities will involve conducting financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, and participating in client pitches. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting financial modeling and valuation analysis. - Preparing marketing materials and presentations for potential investors. - Assisting in the preparation of offering memoranda and other transaction documents. - Conducting industry and company research. - Coordinating with legal counsel and other professionals. - Participating in client meetings and presentations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 0-1 year experience in investment banking (preferred). - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of equity capital markets transactions.
