Investment Banking Analyst – Financial Modeling & Valuation

As a key member of the financial modeling team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models. Your role will involve developing and refining financial models used in valuations, deal structuring, and investment analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for various purposes (e.g., LBO modeling, DCF analysis, comparable company analysis). - Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of companies and assets. - Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial models and data. - Prepare presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations. - Collaborate with other team members on various projects. - Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving financial modeling techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA) and other financial modeling software. - Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
