We have closed 37+ transactions successfully. Role Overview We are looking to add motivated individuals to support our debt-focused deal sourcing and origination efforts. This role involves identifying ...  startups with debt requirements—such as working capital needs, growth capital, venture debt, or structured debt—and building a strong pipeline of debt fundraising opportunities. The candidate is expected to have prior experience in startup debt fundraising, venture debt, NBFC lending, or debt-led business development, with a clear understanding of which startup profiles are suitable for debt, when debt makes sense, and how debt is structured. This is a front-end role that offers exposure to startup founders and the debt ecosystem. Location: Bengaluru (Electronic City) – Work from Office Key Responsibilities • Source and originate startups looking to raise debt capital • Identify businesses that are appropriate candidates for debt financing • Conduct first-level, debt-focused evaluation of startups and founders • Drive founder outreach and early discussions around debt requirements • Build and maintain a qualified debt deal pipeline • Take initiative to improve sourcing, outreach, and origination processes, and related work Requirements • Prior experience in startup debt sourcing, venture debt, NBFC lending, or debt-focused business development is mandatory (1 - 5 years of experience). • Strong understanding of debt products for startups (venture debt, working capital loans, structured debt, RBF, etc.) • Prior experience in Business Development or Sales is preferred. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Interest in startups, fundraising, and investment banking. • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
