About the job

Experience Required - 3 to 5 years Qualification - MBA/ CA Job Profile - • High quality collateral preparation such as Information Memorandum, Teaser, Financial Model, preparing responses to investor queries etc. • Having functional knowledge of preparing financial models for M&A and funding transactions, valuation using different approaches such as comparable transactions, DCF & multiple based ... is a necessity. • Assistance in business development, preparing pitches / proposals for deal sourcing, Industry research, preparing competition landscape etc. • Assist in managing the due diligence process • Candidate should be willing to work in all the sub sectors within Infrastructure and Real Estate sector • Preparation of engagement letters, assistance with internal administrative matters such as invoicing, approvals, etc. Skills Required - • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt) and financial modeling for infrastructure projects (renewable energy, roads and highways, EV charging, digital infrastructure etc.) • Industry connections will be an added advantage, Candidates from the Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Energy Transition, Storage, Roads & Highways, Circular Economy etc.) will be preferred.
