Investment Banking Sr. Analyst and Lead Analyst

About the job

Job Description: • Creation of valuation models including but not limited to merger models, LBO models, DCF valuation, capital structure modelling, etc. • Preparing the three statement models for helping qualitative side. • Handling 80% of quant work as taking over for Quant side. • Provide deep insights on the sectors and companies under coverage for our global clients. • Create company profiles, executive summaries, competitive landscapes, investment decks, industry reports, financial analysis and benchmarking, information memorandums, newsletters, pitchbooks, idea generation, etc. • Supervision, mentoring, conflict management, training, continuous feedback for performance improvement and developing the Executives and Analysts. • Maintain target industry’s key databases, handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements. • Client communication for project execution and ensuring quality delivery. • Be responsible for quality checks and client deliverables. Requirements: • Education: CFA/MBA (Finance from a reputed premium institute) • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Knowledge of databases such as Factset, YCharts, Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, and Mergermarket. • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times, the ability to follow deadlines, and a willingness to learn.
