About The Department The Global Security Maintenance team maintains accurate security reference data that supports trading, portfolio management, compliance, performance, pricing, and reporting. The team collaborates closely with front-office and back-office groups to ensure high-quality data across all asset classes. Working here offers exposure to global markets, complex instruments, and opportunities to build deep expertise in security master operations. How you will add value Core Responsibilities You will set up new issuers and instruments within required SLAs. You will maintain security data across global asset classes. You will verify accuracy of security information before downstream processing. You will complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks following procedures. You will resolve exceptions from vendor feeds and maintain reference data. You will fulfill client data requests accurately and on time. You will escalate issues that may affect production or client delivery. Risk Management & Process Improvements You will support departmental and system-enhancement projects. You will escalate critical or potential issues promptly. You will share new exceptions and insights with the team. You will ensure compliance with policies and controls. You will assist senior analysts with initiatives and documentation updates. You will contribute to training and continuous process improvement. What will help you be successful in this role Experience, Education & Certifications Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. 3-5 years of analyst-level experience, ideally in the investment industry. Experience in trade operations, settlements, or fund accounting is beneficial. Technical Skills Familiarity with security master systems and financial instruments. Understanding of reference data and operational controls. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
