As an Investor Relation & IPO Manager at JSW One Platforms, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial narrative and preparing the company for a potential Initial Public Offering (IPO). Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's business objectives to attract and retain investors. - Managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders by proactively communicating company performance, strategy, and outlook. - Preparing and disseminating financial reports, presentations, and other investor-related materials to ensure transparency and compliance. - Conducting thorough financial analysis and modeling to support investor communications and strategic decision-making. - Leading the due diligence process for potential IPO, working closely with investment banks, legal counsel, and other advisors. - Overseeing the preparation of the IPO prospectus and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights and recommendations. - Managing corporate communications related to financial performance, strategic initiatives, and key events to maintain a consistent and positive message. - Ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations to mitigate risk and uphold the company's reputation. - Conducting valuation analysis and equity research to support investor targeting and engagement efforts. - Assisting with M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and investor communications.
