Job Title IRR Analyst / Senior Analyst – SAS (Macros) & RWA Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Location Pan India – Onsite (Major metro cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata ) Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IRR professional with strong hands-on expertise in SAS (advanced Macros) and a solid understanding of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA). The role involves regulatory risk reporting, analytics, and capital computation support for banking and financial services clients. Key Responsibilities • Perform IRR (Integrated Regulatory Reporting) activities in line with regulatory requirements. • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAS programs, with strong focus on Macro programming. • Support RWA calculations across Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk. • Work on regulatory frameworks such as Basel III / IV for capital adequacy and risk reporting. • Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with risk, finance, and regulatory teams to resolve data and reporting issues. • Participate in audits, validations, and regulatory reviews. • Prepare documentation, control checks, and reconciliation reports. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in IRR / Regulatory Reporting / Risk Analytics. • Strong hands-on experience in SAS, specifically SAS Macros. • Good understanding of RWA concepts and calculations. • Exposure to Basel III / Basel IV regulatory norms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with large datasets in BFSI environments. Good to Have • Exposure to global banking clients or large financial institutions. • Experience in regulatory audits or internal validations. • Knowledge of SQL or other data tools is an advantage.
