As an IT Developer at Schaeffler, you will be responsible for developing and integrating IT solutions such as systems, applications, and application components based on technical specifications within a designated area of work or organizational unit. Your key responsibilities will include: - Clarifying and reviewing requirements - Planning and defining work packages - Ensuring proper coding in collaboration with team members - Performing bug verification and testing - Designing and implementing interfaces between business applications - Executing software tests - Supporting migration processes, change documentation, and upgrades To qualify for this role, you should hold a university degree in (Applied) Computer Science, (Applied) Informatics, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
