Hiring IT Head / General Manager – Technology for KisanKonnect (fast-growing AgriTech / Supply Chain Tech company based in Mumbai). Looking for a senior technology leader with 12–15+ years of total IT experience and minimum 5+ years in leadership roles such as IT Head, Head of Technology, IT Director, or GM – IT. Candidate must have proven experience in: • Building and scaling enterprise IT infrastructure (Cloud – AWS/Azure preferred) • Application architecture, ERP/CRM systems, and backend platforms • Cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance frameworks • Compliance, IT audits, and risk management • Driving digital transformation initiatives across business functions • Technology cost optimization aligned with business growth • Managing cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Application, DevOps, Security) of 15+ members • Reporting directly to CFO/CEO and collaborating with business stakeholders Preferred industry background: AgriTech, Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or FoodTech. Experience in startup-to-scale or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
