Job Title: IT Pre-Sales Manager (BDM – IT Services) Company: IBR Infotech (IT Software Development Service-Based Company) Experience: 3+ Years Market: International (USA, UK, UAE, etc.) Location: Indore (WFO) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary IBR Infotech is looking for an experienced IT Pre-Sales Manager (BDM – IT Services) to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT service sales, lead generation, pre-sales strategy, and team management, with a proven track record in closing international clients. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end pre-sales and business development activities for IT services • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, Cold Calling, etc.) • Handle international clients, understand their technical requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions • Prepare proposals, estimates, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate solutioning and costing • Build and manage a lead generation / BDM team and monitor performance • Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular reporting to management • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and lead conversion targets Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Pre-Sales / BDM role • Strong knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI, etc.) • Proven experience in international market sales • Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing deals • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills • Experience in team handling and performance management • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms Why Join IBR Infotech? • Work with a fast-growing IT services company • Exposure to global clients and international projects • Performance-driven culture with growth opportunities • Competitive salary + incentives 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: hr@ibrinfotech.com
