Job Title: IT Product Manager (EHS, Quality, M&OH) (Consumer Products Industry) Reports to: Global IT Lead - Manufacturing Scope: Global Role Overview The Product Manager for IT Capabilities in EHS, Quality, Medical & Occupational Health will lead the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of digital solutions that enable safe, compliant, and high-performing supply chain operations. This role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, partnering with global business stakeholders, and driving successful implementation of SaaS and enterprise applications across multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain process knowledge, hands-on experience delivering IT projects in EHS/Quality/Health domains, and the ability to manage vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for EHS, Quality, Medical & Occupational Health IT capabilities within the global supply chain. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and solution designs. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, digital strategy, and compliance requirements. Project Delivery & Implementation • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including scoping, contracting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. • Manage SaaS and technology vendors: RFPs, contract negotiations, SLAs, performance reviews. • Conduct requirement workshops with business teams to define functional and technical specifications. • Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes and user adoption. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary IT partner for EHS, Quality, Medical & Occupational Health functions. • Engage senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage expectations, and communicate progress. • Facilitate change management, training, and communication activities to support global rollouts. Operations & BAU Support • Oversee the lifecycle of existing applications, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement. • Manage incident resolution, enhancements, and release cycles in collaboration with DevOps and support teams. • Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with information management standards. Technology & Process Expertise • Provide subject-matter expertise on supply chain processes, SAP S4Hana and other integrations, and digital technologies. • Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization using RPA, dashboards, and cloud capabilities. • Promote Agile ways of working and drive DevOps maturity across product teams. 🧩 Required Qualifications & Experience • Educational background in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related fields (Supply Chain preferred). • Proven experience delivering IT solutions in EHS, Quality, Medical or Occupational Health domains. • Strong understanding of SAP ECC and core supply chain processes (MM, PP, QM, WM, etc.). • Hands-on experience working with SaaS vendors: contracting, workshops, solution design, and implementation. • Exposure to Data Analytics, RPA, and modern digital technologies. • Expertise in Agile application development, Scrum, and DevOps practices. • Solid understanding of cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills. • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, accountable working style. • Ability to work flexibly across time zones in a global operating model. • Information management affinity and strong documentation discipline. ⭐ Desirable Skills • Experience designing or implementing Safety/EHS digital solutions (e.g., incident management, risk assessment, compliance tools). • Experience managing or scaling large, complex transformation programs. • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to safety, quality, and occupational health. 🤝 What Success Looks Like • High adoption and satisfaction with digital tools across global supply chain teams. • Strong partnerships with business stakeholders and technology vendors. • Reliable, compliant, and scalable IT capabilities supporting EHS, Quality, and Health functions. • Delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic priorities. • Continuous improvement mindset and measurable impact on operational excellence.
