Job Title: IT Product Manager (S4H Manufacturing) (Consumer Products Industry) Reports to: Global IT Lead - Manufacturing Scope: Global Role Overview The IT Product Manager for S/4HANA Manufacturing will lead the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of ERP capabilities that enable efficient, integrated, and high-performing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for shaping the S/4HANA Manufacturing product roadmap, partnering with global and site-level stakeholders, and driving successful implementation and optimization of SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities S/4HANA Manufacturing Strategy & Roadmap • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, including MM, PP, QM, PM, EPPM, and related modules. • Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and solution designs. • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, global ERP strategy, cybersecurity standards, and digital transformation objectives. • Support the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and data migration planning. Project Delivery & Implementation • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects: scoping, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. • Manage SAP and technology vendors, including RFP processes, contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance management. • Conduct requirement workshops with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to define functional and technical specifications. • Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong user adoption across plants and global functions. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary IT partner for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance functions. • Engage senior stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage expectations, and communicate progress. • Support change management, training, and communication activities to ensure smooth ERP rollouts and process adoption.
