Job Title: IT Product Manager (S4H Manufacturing) (Consumer Products Industry) Reports to: Global IT Lead - Manufacturing Scope: Global Location: Ice Cream Office Pune , India Role Overview The IT Product Manager for S/4HANA Manufacturing will lead the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of ERP capabilities that enable efficient, integrated, and high‑performing manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for shaping the S/4HANA Manufacturing product roadmap, partnering with global and site‑level stakeholders, and driving successful implementation and optimization of SAP ECC and S/4HANA modules across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities S/4HANA Manufacturing Strategy & Roadmap • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, including MM, PP, QM, PM, EPPM, and related modules. Project Delivery & Implementation • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP projects: scoping, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Operations & BAU Support • Oversee the lifecycle of SAP ECC and S/4HANA manufacturing modules, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
