Job Summary The IT Product Sales Head is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence for the company’s software/IT product portfolio. This role involves strategic planning, sales leadership, customer relationship management, and close coordination with product and marketing teams to achieve business targets. --- Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Set clear sales goals, pipelines, and KPIs; review performance and take corrective actions. Business Development Identify new business opportunities across industries and segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers. Drive new product launches and ensure effective market penetration. Product & Market Understanding Gain deep understanding of the company’s IT products, features, and use cases. Conduct market analysis to understand competitor landscape and customer needs. Provide feedback to the product team for enhancements and roadmap planning. Sales Operations Oversee proposal creation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Ensure CRM data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and timely reporting. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning. Team & Stakeholder Management Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
