Your Responsibilities: As an IT Project and Program Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing and implementing IT projects and programs. • Successfully delivering IT projects and programs within defined scope, quality, time and budget • Analyzing project requirements to determine timelines, budgets and appropriate approaches for project delivery • Leading and motivating project teams throughout the project lifecycle • Coaching development teams on agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and maintaining project artifacts • Actively contributing to the development of the Project, Portfolio & Knowledge Management department • Facilitating decision-making processes within project teams and clarifying technical implementations with stakeholders • Proactively managing risks and issues, including stakeholder management Your Profile: • Expertise in project management, including methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, Kanban, SAFe and standards like PMI or PRINCE2 • Technical proficiency with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems (preferably SAP) • Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients and partners • Analytical and organizational talent with a structured work style, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities to manage complex projects and programs • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to change, multitask and perform under pressure • Negotiation skills and a confident demeanor in discussions with clients, partners and service providers Are you interested?
