Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project management for finance accounting system and process optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Oversee Accounting system implementation and integration with existing IT infrastructure. • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, vendors, and third-party consultants. • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure timely delivery. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably involving finance or accounting systems. • Proven experience managing system implementation or ERP projects related to finance modules. • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their integration with IT systems. • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external vendors or consultants. • Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight timelines. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
