Job Description: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our company's technical staffing needs. Responsibilities: • Writing job descriptions and posting to hiring platforms. • Arranging and conducting telephone, video, or in-person initial rounds of interviews to identify potential candidates. • Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify and engage with passive candidates. • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. • Experience in recruitment processes and platforms. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in technical recruitment. • Proficiency in recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms. • Effective decision-making skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
