Job Description – Business Development Associate (Recruitment & Staffing) Position: IT Recruitment Sales Executive Department: Business Development / Recruitment Location: Cuttack Employment Type: Full-time Compensation • ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and expectations). Roles & Responsibilities • Generate leads through research, networking, and market analysis. • Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. • Identify and qualify potential clients (ICP filtering) for staffing solutions. • Prepare and draft proposals for client engagement. • Manage client onboarding, including registration and collection of fees. • Understand and gather client requirements related to staffing and hiring needs. • Handle client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Conduct occasional field visits to meet clients or explore new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring managers. • Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
