We are looking for a strategic and dynamic IT Recruitment Senior Lead position, to lead end-to-end hiring for our Technology & Consulting divisions. Based in Bangalore, this role demands a results-driven leader with strong sourcing skills, team management experience, and a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape. Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and consulting roles across business units • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier IT talent • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to meet defined KPIs • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment • Optimize recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding • Generate and present recruitment reports for internal stakeholders and for clients. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services • Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting hiring targets • Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referrals • Excellent client management and communication skills • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics Preferred candidate profile • Experience in hiring for Product base companies • Understanding of the Indian IT talent market • Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
