We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and mobile app technologies and a strong ability to consult, pitch, and close deals with clients. Your main role will be to identify business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term projects. Key Responsibilities • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.) • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with prospective clients. • Collaborate with the business analyst and tech team to draft proposals, estimates, and project scopes. • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business. • Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and sales activity. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. • Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in a web/mobile app development agency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of web/app technologies (CMS, Laravel, MERN, Flutter, etc.). • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in B2B IT consulting or agency sales. • Prior work with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.) • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Zoho CRM.
