About the job
We are looking for a driven and consultative IT Sales Executive to accelerate Alphatech India's growth in the Hyderabad market. You will own the full sales cycle across our Hybrid Workspace, Video Conferencing, and IT Infrastructure portfolio from lead generation to deal closure while building long-term relationships with enterprise and SMB accounts. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities through structured lead generation and networking • Manage and grow client accounts through regular business reviews and proactive solution positioning • Consult with clients to understand their workplace and technology challenges; design and present tailored solution proposals • Promote and sell Alphatech's portfolio including hybrid workplace technologies, video conferencing room systems, unified communications platforms, cloud infrastructure, and network security solutions • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales reports aligned to client goals • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure technically sound, commercially viable solutions • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data using CRM tools; provide regular forecasting to management • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets in the Hyderabad region • Travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions for client meetings, site assessments, and solution demonstrations.

Qualifications
- Proven B2B IT sales experience (2-5 years)
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience in at least one of: Hybrid Workspace Solutions, Video Conferencing / UCC technologies, or IT Infrastructure
