Job Title: IT Solutions Sales Lead – Enterprise Services Location: Hyderabad, India Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our high-growth team and drive new business acquisition across digital transformation portfolio for the Indian market. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with primary responsibility for hunting and closing enterprise opportunities across services such as SAP, Cloud, AI & Data, Integration, Automation, and Business Applications. The ideal candidate will come from a top IT Services or Consulting background with significant experience selling technology and transformation services to enterprise customers. Experience & Target Profile: • 10–15 years of proven enterprise sales experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or technology sales. • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and quota-bearing sales roles. • Demonstrated success selling SAP solutions / services, Cloud, and other digital transformation offerings. • Candidates from leading IT services/consulting firms like Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, YASH Technologies (or equivalent) preferred. • Comfortable owning the full sales cycle and driving revenue in a competitive enterprise landscape. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition • Identify, prospect, and convert new enterprise clients across target industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail & Distribution, Energy & Utilities, and Manufacturing. • Drive pipeline growth through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events. • Develop and communicate compelling value propositions tailored to client needs. Sales Strategy & Execution • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from lead qualification and discovery, through negotiation, to closure. • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutions architects, delivery teams, and partners to craft tailored proposals and winning solutions. • Align client pain points with Prolifics’ portfolio including: • AI & Generative AI • Data Engineering & Governance • Cloud Migration & Optimization • Integration & API-led Connectivity • Business Automation & RPA • Salesforce, SAP & other Enterprise Applications Relationship Management • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and senior stakeholders. • Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities and foster long-term engagements. • Engage with partner ecosystems (e.g., IBM, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Databricks, Google Cloud, MuleSoft, SAP) to drive joint go-to-market strategies. Market Intelligence & Reporting • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging technology shifts to inform sales strategies. • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting. • Support marketing and demand generation initiatives including events, webinars, and campaigns. Travel & Client Engagement • Travel to client locations (within Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bangalore and other Indian metros) as required to engage clients and advance sales cycles. • Act as the face of Prolifics in strategic customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with strong quota achievement and revenue delivery history. • Deep understanding of technology consulting and digital transformation solutions including SAP, cloud services, and enterprise applications. • Proven experience engaging and closing deals with senior executives (C-suite, IT leaders). • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and sales methodologies. • Experience working with global delivery sales models is an advantage.
