Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or a related field. • Familiarity with Amazon and other major marketplaces’ listing and compliance requirements. • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and with external brand partners. • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and instructions. (Mandarin is mandatory) • Experience with data management tools and ecommerce platforms (especially Excel) is an advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. • Previous experience in product onboarding or ecommerce project management. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities. • Proven ability to lead projects and work with diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of marketplace data requirements and compliance is preferred. • Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is required. Essential Duties • Lead the Masterfile creation process for new brands, ensuring accuracy and completeness across various marketplaces. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (including SEMs, EPMs, and data quality teams) to optimize onboarding workflows. • Engage directly with brand partners to collect necessary product information and guarantee compliance with marketplace standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product listings, variations, and contribution updates. • Track and monitor onboarding progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for process improvements. • Document best practices and support the development of scalable onboarding procedures. • Participate in cross-functional projects as the role expands beyond initial Masterfile creation responsibilities. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
