About this position TATA Elxsi is seeking a skilled enterprise application developer proficient in Java 17, with strong expertise in microservice architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, and optional familiarity with AWS or cloud services. Role and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. • Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot. • Good understanding of SQL/PLSQL Programming. • Hands-on experience in writing complex stored procedures/views/functions. • Hands-on experience in improving the performance for SQL queries or stored procedures. • Develop scalable enterprise applications and microservices using AWS Cloud services such as SQS and SNS. • Implement Java Lambda expressions and Collection classes effectively. • Write JUnit tests to ensure complete test coverage. • Understand user requirements to create application design documents and ensure application objectives are met. • Configure and deploy CI/CD services using Jenkins. • Develop new/custom modules to integrate with existing platforms. • Apply best practices in architecting, designing, and implementing microservices, databases, and AWS solutions. • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
