Job Title: Java Developer (Spring Boot) Location: Pune, India Position Overview: As a Java Developer specializing in Spring Boot, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the evolution of our technical architecture. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework. • Design, implement, and test efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. • Collaborate with software architects and technical leads to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions. • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of thoroughly tested software. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements to current processes and technologies. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Having 5 to 8 years of experience. • Strong proficiency in Java development with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience. • Extensive experience in developing applications using Spring Boot framework. • Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating with databases. • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
