Wissen Technology is Hiring for Java Full stack developer (Java+React) Job Summary: Wissen is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java/Spring Boot and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka), and CI/CD DevOps processes. This role requires hands-on technical capability across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of scalable backend services and high-quality frontend user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. • Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces. • Design, implement, and optimize microservices-based architectures. • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. • Work with Kafka for event streaming, messaging, and asynchronous processing. • Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline, build automation, and deployments. • Support end-to-end release cycles in Agile/Scrum environments. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal turnaround time. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Architects, DevOps, and Product. • Contribute to technical discussions and architectural improvements. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Java-based backend development. • Strong proficiency in: • Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot • React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML/CSS • Microservices architecture • Kafka (event-driven development) • Experience with REST APIs, API design, and integration. • Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL) and query optimization. • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.). • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization concepts. • Hands-on with version control (Git). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • High ownership and accountability. Good To Have Skills: • Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). • Experience with caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast). • Knowledge of system design and distributed systems. • Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise projects.
