Our core innovation, the Smart Rx Kit, digitizes handwritten prescriptions without changing how doctors write. We connect Doctors, Clinics, Labs, Pharmacies, and Patients into one digital ecosystem enabling healthcare access, continuity, and analytics at scale. We’re now building a strong marketing foundation to amplify our story, drive awareness, and enable growth across healthcare stakeholders. A great opportunity for a 2–3 yrs Java Full Stack Developer to boost their career by working end-to-end on real, impactful projects. Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai Type: Work from office (Mon-Fri, 9hrs/day) Must be proficient in Core Java and React.js Experience: 2 – 3 Years (Strictly Hands-on Coding) Key Mandate: Independent contributor who can build features from DB to UI without constant supervision. Non-Negotiable Requirements (The "Knock out Criteria") If you do not meet these, please do not apply. 1. The Stack: Must be proficient in Core Java (Spring Boot) AND React.js. 2. Database Logic: Must be able to write Complex SQL Queries (Joins, Group By, Subqueries) without relying entirely on Hibernate/JPA. You need to know what data you are fetching. 3. Independence: Must have worked on end-to-end features (e.g., "I built the Patient Registration module entirely"). 4. Debugging Skills: Must know how to debug using browser DevTools (Network/Console) and IDE Debugger (Breakpoints). Key Responsibilities: • Feature Build: Take a requirement (e.g., "Add a Filter to the Dashboard") and implement the API, the SQL Query, and the React UI. • API Development: Build RESTful APIs using Spring Boot that are secure and efficient. • Frontend Logic: Manage state using React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext). • Bug Fixing: Trace issues from the UI click down to the Database entry.
