Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Jr. Business Development, based in Mumbai. The Jr. Business Development will assist in developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, and working closely with the branding team. Daily tasks include managing brand communication, supporting brand development initiatives, and contributing to strategic brand management efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Identify and approach potential clients aligned with the agency’s services • Develop customized pitches and proposals for prospective brands • Create and design pitch decks and presentations using Canva or Google Slides • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Influencer, Social Media) to tailor proposals • Maintain and update the client pipeline and business development tracker • Follow up with prospects and assist in negotiation and onboarding processes • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities • Represent the agency in client meetings, calls, and networking events.
