About the role: We’re looking for a highly driven Jr. Program Manager – Supply Chain and Operations to support and execute key operational initiatives. This role is dynamic, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving real problems, taking ownership, and working across multiple teams. What You Will Be Doing: • Support supply chain, logistics, and operations projects end-to-end. • Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. • Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and improvement areas. • Prepare dashboards, reports, and business review documents. • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and close them with speed and accuracy. • Function as the central point of coordination across departments to keep projects moving smoothly. What you will need: • Graduate / MBA from a reputed college. • 1 - 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or program management. • Strong Excel and analytical abilities. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute at speed.
