Job Description: Education:- Graduate Responsibility: • Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow. • Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations. • Maintain and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control. • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. • Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance. • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of stock. • Manage cash handling, including cash register operations and reconciliations. • Implement promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic.
