About the job
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role located in Rajkot. The Junior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial reports, managing invoices and payments, and assisting in monthly and annual financial closings. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and supporting audits as needed. Qualifications • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills • Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Prior experience in the financial or accounting sector is desirable
