Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join their team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, IN . This internship is designed for recent graduates or current students looking to gain practical experience in business analysis, data interpretation, and project support. The successful candidate will work closely with senior analysts and project managers, contributing to the development and refinement of business processes and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in the collection and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders. Supporting the analysis of business needs and processes. Helping to create functional specifications and user stories. Participating in testing activities and documenting results. Conducting market research and competitive analysis. Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations. Learning and applying business analysis tools and methodologies. Collaborating with team members on various project tasks. Providing administrative support for project management activities. Shadowing senior analysts to gain insights into business operations and strategic planning. Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new ideas and solutions. Observing and learning about data visualization techniques. Understanding the lifecycle of software development and business projects. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with basic data analysis concepts is a plus.
