Role - We are looking for a sharp Junior Data Analyst who thrives on advanced SQL and business logic. You should be someone who enjoys uncovering the "why" behind the numbers and can translate those findings into actionable executive decisions. Responsibilities - • Data Engineering Lite: Source, clean, and structure data from multiple platforms to ensure a "single source of truth." • Advanced Analytics: Write complex SQL queries and apply statistical techniques to extract deep insights. • Visualization: Build high-impact dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Looker. • Strategic Partnership: Translate ambiguous business problems into technical data requirements. • Communication: Present data stories to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Requirements - • Location: Must be currently based in India and able to start within one week. • Schedule: Comfortable working a hybrid schedule covering both India and US time zones. • Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL and data modeling are non-negotiable. Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Domo, Looker Studio, etc.) is a major plus. • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and statistics. • The Right Fit: We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst. If your primary goal is to move into Data Science, ML, or AI, this is likely not the right role for you. • This role is for those having below 2 years of experience.
