Role Description We are seeking a full-time Junior Data Analyst for a remote position. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions. Daily responsibilities include preparing data reports, identifying trends and insights, maintaining databases, and supporting project teams with analytics needs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Qualifications • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI • Strong analytical and statistical skills, including knowledge of data collection, cleaning, and interpretation techniques • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or other data-specific programming languages • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings and support cross-functional projects • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • Attention to detail, problem-solving capacity, and ability to work independently in a remote setting • Experience with big data platforms or working within the tech or consulting industry is a plus
