Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in data analytics. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support business intelligence efforts by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive smarter decision-making across departments. You will be trained on various tools and technologies and get hands-on experience in data handling, reporting, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data. • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present insights to management. • Collaborate with senior analysts and business teams to understand project requirements. • Monitor data trends, identify patterns, and generate actionable recommendations. • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly business performance reports. • Support the data validation process to ensure accuracy and reliability. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to solve business challenges using data. • Maintain documentation of reports, workflows, and data models. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts). • Understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio (preferred). • Familiarity with SQL or any programming language like Python/R (bonus). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Experience: • Freshers are welcome – No prior work experience required. • Internship or academic project experience in analytics/data handling will be considered a plus. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM • Occasional flexibility required based on project timelines.
