Starting in 2019 with our first offering of US Stocks & ETFs, we have grown into an alternative investments marketplace that provides Indian investors with unique opportunities across global markets, P2P lending, bonds, solar investments, and more. We challenge traditional investment norms and focus on expanding access to high-quality, diverse investment products. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support our data function by building reports, dashboards, and insights that help drive decision-making across the company. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to learn fast, take ownership, and make a real impact in a data-driven organisation. What you will do: • Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to pull, clean, and organise data. • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards using Metabase and Google Sheets. • Support product, marketing, and operations teams with data requests and ad-hoc analyses. • Learn directly from senior analysts and product analytics leads. • Help document data processes and improve reporting workflows. What you should have: • B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field. • 0–2 years of experience in a data or analytics role (internships/college projects are welcome). • Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. • Curiosity about financial markets and personal finance. • Some exposure to data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Bonus: Familiarity with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Python, or R. Qualities we value: • Passion for financial markets and continuous learning. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly. • Understanding of financial technology or cross-border investing is a plus. • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative. • High work ethic with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative culture.
