Our client is looking for bright, motivated recent graduates to join their organization as Junior Data Analysts through a comprehensive graduate program. This role is based in Gurugram, Haryana, IN, with a hybrid work model offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and various business units to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data, helping to drive informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include identifying trends, generating reports, and creating visualizations that communicate complex data insights effectively. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about data and eager to develop their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. You will gain hands-on experience with data manipulation tools, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting and organizing data from various sources. - Cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns. - Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics. - Support senior analysts in more complex data projects. - Assist in the interpretation of data and formulation of insights. - Learn and apply various data analysis tools and techniques. - Collaborate with team members on data-related tasks. - Document data processes and methodologies. - Contribute to presentations and discussions on data findings. - Assist in ad-hoc data requests from different departments. Qualifications: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. - Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles. - Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. - Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. - Understanding of data visualization principles is beneficial. - Must be eligible to work in Gurugram, Haryana, IN and participate in a hybrid work model.
