Support senior analysts in developing data-driven recommendations. Learn and apply new data analysis tools and methodologies. Collaborate with team members on data-related projects. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in data analytics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
