Job Description Job Title: Junior Executive – PPC (Production Planning & Control) Location: Noida (Full-Time, Office Role) Salary: ₹2.2 – ₹3.5 LPA About Us We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in luxury decorative lighting and luxury furniture. We are looking for a Junior PPC Executive who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting production planning and coordination to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in maintaining and updating the Master Production Schedule to support efficient production planning. • Support the preparation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accurate documentation of production requirements. • Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to track product progress and timelines. • Monitor daily production activities and update milestone tracking sheets for multiple products. • Follow up internally to ensure materials, components, and resources are available as per the production plan. • Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate them to the PPC Manager for timely resolution. • Maintain proper records of production plans, inventory status, and order tracking. • Ensure adherence to internal processes related to material requisition, vendor follow-ups, and production documentation. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Operations, or Manufacturing Coordination. Freshers with a relevant academic background may also apply. • Basic understanding of production planning, BOM, and manufacturing processes. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production tracking tools.
