Job Title: Junior Fullstack Developer (1–2 Years) Location: Coimbatore Type: Full-Time Team: Engineering – AIML Platform Role Overview You’ll join our core engineering team building a next-generation AIML platform that powers automated assessments, intelligent workflows, analytics, and multi-agent systems. This role suits developers with solid fundamentals, strong learning ability, and hands-on coding experience looking to grow into high-performance fullstack engineers. What You Will Build You Will Contribute To • User-facing dashboards, admin systems, and workflow builders. • Scalable backend services that support AI model pipelines. • APIs for ML engines, model evaluators, parsers, and agents. • Automation modules similar to workflow platforms. • Internal tooling for monitoring, analytics, and DevOps tasks Key Responsibilities Frontend Development • Develop responsive, interfaces using React, Next.js or Vue • Integrate frontend with backend REST/GraphQL APIs • Build reusable UI components and adhere to consistent design patterns • Optimize rendering, caching, and performance • Work with charts, tables, data visualizations, and rich text editors Backend & API Development • Develop backend services using Node.js / Python (FastAPI / Express) • Implement scalable REST/GraphQL APIs • Build microservices for authentication, user management, scoring engines, etc. • Integrate with AI modules, vector DBs, and data processing services • Write modular, clean, testable code Database & Storage • Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) • Write optimized queries, indexes, schema designs • Maintain data integrity and handle migrations DevOps & Deployment Support • Basic knowledge of Docker, containerization, CI/CD workflows • Work with AWS/Azure/GCP for deployments • Participate in version control best practices (Git, branching strategies) Quality & Collaboration • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and code reviews • Work closely with AI engineers, product, and design teams • Debug production issues with support from senior engineers • Maintain documentation, API specs, and module guides Required Skills (Must-Have) • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. • Experience with React or Next.js. • Backend experience with Node.js or Python. • Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON standards. • SQL fundamentals and exposure to one database. • Git, GitHub, CI basics. • Good debugging and problem-solving ability. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with TailwindCSS, Redux, Zustand, or similar state managers. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and serverless functions. • Exposure to FastAPI, Flask, Express.js, or NestJS. • Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or workflow systems. • Understanding of AI/ML APIs, embeddings, vector DBs. • Familiarity with microservices pattern. Soft Skills • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Ownership mindset and ability to handle modules independently. • Clear communication, clean coding habits, and structured thinking. • Ability to work closely with senior developers and follow guidance. Education. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent. • Portfolio or GitHub with real projects is highly preferred.
